Your new role

As a Programme Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic Build-out of Margin and Collateral processing capabilities to support a High-impact Regulatory US Treasury Reform programme. You’ll lead Cross-functional working groups, manage stakeholder communications, and oversee the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to Implementation—ensuring alignment across Operations, Technology, and Front Office teams.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within Markets Operations or Technology.

Strong programme management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior levels.

Advanced analytical and documentation skills, including proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Investment Management background required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating impactful presentations and reports.

A proactive, independent approach with minimal supervision required.
