Your new role
In this Supply Chain Customer Service role, you will manage a team of 3 to support the seamless running of the B2B supply chain function, of which they manage c. 2,000 orders per week. As the team leader, you will be responsible for all order fulfilment and any invoicing or credit queries. You will be responsible for onboarding into their ERP systems and support the sales team to deliver customer objectives.

In return, there may be longer-term opportunities within this business. They do offer hybrid working, but you must be able to attend the Uxbridge office 2–3 days per week.
