B2B Senior Marketing Campaign Executive, Digital Marketing, Construction, Royston, Hertfordshire, Perm role

I’m delighted to partner with an innovative construction business that’s growing fast and are now looking to appoint a B2B Senior Marketing Campaign Executive to join their team.

If you’re a creative marketer who enjoys working with technical products and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories, this role is for you!

If you’re the kind of marketer who loves owning campaigns end-to-end, turning complex technical detail into clear, compelling content, and proving impact through leads, conversion and performance optimisation — this role is for you!

You’ll operate as a senior member of a small marketing team, taking full ownership of campaign delivery, performance, and continuous optimisation — and you’ll see the commercial results of your work in action.

About the role.
You’ll manage integrated campaigns from planning → execution → optimisation → reporting, with clear commercial outcomes:
  • Build and deliver multichannel campaigns across digital, email, social, and print
  • Create bold, persona-led messaging that converts
  • Translate technical product information into clear, engaging marketing content
  • Own website messaging and conversion: update/optimise via CMS using SEO + UX best practice
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development and Technical teams to align marketing with the pipeline.
  • Produce high-quality content (case studies, blogs, email sequences, video)
  • Design and edit assets using Adobe Suite / Canva and video tools
  • Track KPIs, analyse performance, and continuously improve results (MQLs, engagement, conversions)
  • Run campaigns and reporting through HubSpot (automation, workflows, journeys, performance)
The Candidate
We’re looking for a proven campaign owner — someone who can show results, not just activity:
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing integrated campaigns in a technical B2B product environment (manufacturing/industrial/engineering), ideally construction
  • Strong grasp of lead gen funnels, buying journeys and conversion optimisation
  • Hands-on channel experience: SEO, PPC, email, LinkedIn
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Confident turning complex technical detail into commercially effective marketing
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities at pace
What success looks like in this role
  • HubSpot campaigns and workflows run confidently and independently.
  • Website performance improves measurably (traffic quality, time on page, conversion actions)
  • Campaign reporting clearly shows what’s working, by channel and audience.
  • A steady flow of qualified leads aligned to pipeline growth
What you’ll get
  • Competitive salary DOE + monthly bonus
  • 31 days holiday
  • Buy/sell holiday scheme
  • Free lunch everyday
  • Birthday voucher
  • Pension scheme
  • Health insurance scheme (incl. discounted gym membership/appointment paybacks)
  • Full-time on-site role with flexible start/finish times

If you’re ready to shape bold campaigns, elevate digital journeys, and bring fresh ideas to a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
Early applications are strongly encouraged.
