B2B/B2C Digital Marketing Executive
1-Year FTC – Maternity Cover
Location: Suffolk
Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 months)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week (early finish at 3pm every Friday)
Hybrid working: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (office), Monday and Friday (home)

Hays Marketing is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Suffolk to recruit a creative Digital Marketing Executive for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven digital marketer to take the lead in producing inspirational and technical video content, cultivating relationships with influencers, and supporting high-impact marketing events. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital storytelling and driving commercial success through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and deliver compelling digital content across multiple platforms
  • Event Management: Coordinate marketing-led events, sourcing speakers and aligning with business goals
  • Influencer Engagement: Build and manage relationships with brand ambassadors to amplify reach and authenticity

You will be a confident self-starter with a flair for creativity and the ability to juggle multiple projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or content creation
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Dynamics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and video editing tools is an advantage.
  • A marketing degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
