Reg Reporting Axiom BA / Developer – Global Bank

Overview
We are seeking an experienced AxiomSL Business Analyst or Axiom Developer to support international regulatory reporting change, with a strong focus on APAC requirements. The role sits within the International Controllers change team and contributes to both regulatory delivery and the strategic Axiom platform build.

Details:
  • Location – London
  • Hybrid – 3 days / week in the office
  • Rate - up to £690/day Inside IR35 via umbrella
  • Duration – Until year-end

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver APAC regulatory reporting change using AxiomSL.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into user stories, functional specifications, or technical solutions
  • Work closely with technology and business teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment
  • Analyse regulatory guidance and provide SME input to ensure end‑to‑end compliance
  • Support the build and enhancement of Axiom infrastructure and reporting modules
  • Reduce manual processes and operational risk through automation and digital tools
  • Document processes, controls, and key delivery decisions

Key Experience Required
  • Strong experience as an AxiomSL Business Analyst or Axiom Developer
  • Solid knowledge of APAC regulatory and financial reporting (capital, liquidity, financial/statistical)
  • Good understanding of regulatory rule sets, reporting instructions, and controls
  • Experience delivering regulatory change within an Agile framework
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
