They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Divisional Director for their Aviation team, this role will require an established Insurance Producing Broker. This role will be pivotal in leading their aviation insurance operations, driving business growth, and developing strategic relationships with clients in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aviation insurance products, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

- **Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of brokers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

- **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry, leveraging existing relationships and networks to expand our client base.

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth in the aviation insurance segment, aligning with overall company objectives.

- **Market Analysis:** Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation insurance and ideally have experience in producing brokerage. They will have a reputable market name, Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
