Your new role
As Audit Senior, you will be responsible for managing audits from planning through to completion, working closely with managers and partners. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading audits for a varied portfolio of clients, including owner‑managed businesses and growing SMEs
  • Planning and completing audits in line with UK auditing standards
  • Preparing and reviewing audit files and financial statements
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members on engagements
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Liaising directly with managers, partners, and clients

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
  • Currently working in an accountancy practice audit role
  • Confident managing audits with minimal supervision
  • A strong communicator with a professional and proactive approach
  • Keen to develop technically and progress within a growing firm
