This firm provides a range of services, including advisory, audit and taxation. This Top 20 firm is looking for a talented Audit Senior to join the growing team in London.

Your new role
As an Audit Senior, you’ll be working within a well-established team and provide your clients with a high-quality audit and accounting service. Some of your duties and responsibilities include:
  • Managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and submissions.
  • Leading audit assignments for a diverse client base, reviewing and finalising audit work papers and financial statements.
  • Supervising and reviewing the work and delivery of junior team members.
  • Ensuring completion of assignments within an appropriate budget and time frame.
  • Build strong relationships with new and established clients.
  • Preparing client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within allocated deadlines for timely submission to HMRC.
  • Managing client expectations, arranging closing meetings to finalise accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have the attributes and skills listed below:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with recent audit experience within a UK Chartered Accountants, including working with a wide range of clients - some accounts prep experience is also desirable
  • Experience leading and managing audits from planning to completion, including a small team reporting into you on engagements
  • Ideally, you will have strong software skills, including Microsoft packages and Pro-Audit. Strong communication skills
