The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Audit Semi-Senior to join the busy Audit and Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA part-qualified accountant with at least 18 months of UK audit experience to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and completing audits, working closely with senior team members and clients.
If you have experience auditing charities, educational institutions, or not-for-profit organisations, that would be a real advantage.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified (study support available)
- Minimum 18 months UK audit experience within practice
- Strong knowledge of FRS102
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate/advanced)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit assignments
- Prepare financial statements and tax computations
- Monitor budgets and timelines for audit projects
- Supervise and support junior team members on-site
- Review work and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain strong client relationships and keep senior staff updated
