Growing, successful, modern multi-office firm looking to recruit an ambitious Audit Manager to join their team in Worcestershire. In this role, you will oversee audit assignments with a varied corporate client base ensuring high standards are maintained, and the team is managed effectively.

Your new role

The successful individual will take responsibility for a client portfolio, managing deadlines, reviewing financial statements and audit files and supporting the team in a positive way to ensure high-quality work is delivered. As an Audit Manager in this team, you will be involved in the development and coaching of juniors, relationship building with clients and coordinating with colleagues in tax, advisory and other service lines to maximise opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a technically capable ACCA or ACA Qualified Audit Assistant Manager or Manager with varied client experience working with businesses ranging in size and complexity. You will enjoy training, coaching and developing individuals, from trainees to qualified Audit Seniors and will have great communication skills.
