Your new role

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients and overseeing all stages of the audit process
• Leading, coaching, and developing audit teams to ensure high‑quality delivery
• Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
• Working closely with senior leadership on technical matters, resource planning, and business development
• Supporting the growth of the audit practice through involvement in proposals and tender activity

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant audit experience in a UK practice
• Proven experience managing audit assignments and leading teams
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling complex client work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long‑term client relationships
• A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
