Your new role
As an audit manager, you will be responsible for taking an active role in all areas of an audit from planning through to completion. Your day-to-day duties will include being heavily involved in leading and managing audits, completing tricky and complex areas of fieldwork, as well as finalising concluding reports. Additionally, you will take the lead in the coaching of juniors and seniors, reviewing their audit work whilst providing valuable insights to clients. Alongside carrying out this high-quality audit work, you will receive continuous support throughout your role, reporting to senior managers surrounding your progress and audit work.
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation is seeking a professional audit manager with extensive experience working in an audit team within a practice carrying out high-quality audit work. Experience in all three aspects of an audit and plenty of exposure to coaching junior/senior members will allow you to be successful in this job role. You will be ACA/ ACCA qualified. The organisation is looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to help you to build strong client relationships, as well as good analytical review skills.
