Audit Manager with leading firm in Cambridge offering hybrid working

A highly reputable and fast-growing accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join its Cambridge Audit team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, leading engagement teams and delivering high-quality audit services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service
  • Supervise teams to maintain high performance standards
  • Monitor audit progress, findings, and liaise with senior management
  • Support business development through networking and proposals

What You Need
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Significant audit experience within professional services
  • Strong knowledge of accounting/auditing standards (FRS 102 & IFRS)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in staff management and motivation
