Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an
Audit RI Associate Director to join the audit division. T
Audit RI Associate Director to join the audit division. T
You’ll lead a portfolio of audit clients, drive business development, and contribute to strategic planning. The role involves:
- Expanding the client base in the Farnham region
- Leading marketing and networking initiatives
- Collaborating with senior leadership to enhance audit services
- Monitoring team performance and KPIs
- Managing and mentoring audit staff
- Contributing to the firm’s audit strategy and growth plans
- Strengthening international network relationships
- UK RI status or desire to obtain
- At least 5–7 years of post-qualification audit experience in a mid-tier or medium-sized firm
- Strong technical expertise across audit disciplines
- Proven leadership in managing audit teams and client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A commercial mindset and confidence in client-facing engagements
