Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to join our dynamic audit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.

What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Review and evaluate financial statements and audit documentation.
  • Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
  • Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and industry regulations.
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the audit practice.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or in a similar role within a top-tier accountancy practice.
    • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is required.
