Your new role
Are you ready to take the lead in driving excellence across audits and accounts preparation assignments? We’re looking for a dynamic Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior or Senior who thrives on responsibility, precision, and client collaboration. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards and prepare financial statements that go beyond compliance, offering clarity and insight to clients, build and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor they can rely on. Alongside this, you will supervise and mentor junior team members, helping them grow while ensuring smooth project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be either part-qualified or fully qualified and will possess experience in both audit and statutory accounts preparation gained within an accountancy firm. You should demonstrate strong command of accounting software along with a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities are essential, paired with a keen eye for detail. The role also requires proven capability in managing client relationships and communicating findings with clarity and impact.
