Your new role
As an Audit and Client Manager, you will take on a varied role encompassing audit management and statutory accounts preparation for a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, larger businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and academies. You will act as the lead manager on audits, overseeing the process from planning through to completion and sign-off. In addition, you will manage client relationships, prepare statutory accounts in line with UK accounting standards, and provide technical support to the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing department with big plans for the future.
What you will need to succeed
- ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience in audit and accounts preparation
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Ability to lead audits, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to professional integrity
