Building services – Associate Director

Your New Company
Join an established engineering consultancy with over 20 years of expertise and offices across the North West. Their Manchester head office is seeking an Associate Director (Electrical Bias) to lead and grow their team.
This consultancy delivers surveys and full MEP design across sectors including commercial offices, residential, education, life sciences, and healthcare, with a 60/40 mechanical/electrical split. They pride themselves on technical excellence, collaborative culture, and sustainable thinking.

Your New Role
As Associate Director, you’ll:
✔ Take P&L responsibility
✔ Win work and develop client relationships
✔ Prepare fee proposals ✔ Be client-facing and technically strong
✔ Lead projects and manage teams
✔ Deliver projects across the North

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Strong electrical engineering background within MEP design
  • Proven experience in the Manchester market
  • Ability to develop new and existing client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and leadership skills
