Your new role

• Lead mechanical design and project delivery from concept to completion.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Own client relationships, prepare fee bids, and present solutions.
• Deliver technical reports, calculations, and BIM-integrated designs.
• Oversee project finances, resource planning, and quality reviews.
• Drive sustainability and commercial outcomes across your projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills.
• BIM/CAD proficiency and digital engineering awareness.
• A mindset ready for leadership, influence, and impact.
