This role is all about potential. We’re not just looking for experience — we’re looking for someone who’s motivated, sharp, and ready to learn. You’ll be working closely with teams across the business to support financial planning, deliver insights, and help drive smarter decision-making.
Working closely with Heads of Department and other stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial models and files, analysing performance against plan and forecast, and identifying trends and variances. This role also involves business partnering across teams to provide meaningful insights that drive operational and strategic improvements.
Your new role
- Supporting to plan and track costs for different areas of the business.
- Reviewing financial data files and ensuring they’re shared with the right teams in a timely and accurate way.
- Spotting trends and explaining what’s driving changes in performance.
- Creating regular monthly and quarterly reports that help teams understand financial performance.
- Building financial models and producing ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and strategic projects.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Meeting deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working with others to solve problems and improve how things are done.
What you'll need to succeed
- Has strong Excel skills — advanced knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided
- Is a recent graduate in a numerically focused subject such as Mathematics, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or even Geography.
- Is keen to start a career in financial analysis and grow within a supportive team.
- Enjoys working with data and numbers to uncover insights
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
- Diligent and reliable, with a proactive approach to work
