What You’ll Be Doing

Leading structural design projects across diverse sectors
Building and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians
Developing strong client relationships and driving new business
Working hand-in-hand with our surveying director to deliver a full-service consultancy

What We’re Looking For

Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) – highly desirable
Strong technical expertise in building structures design
Proven track record in project delivery and client management
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
Existing client relationships or contacts? That’s a big plus
