12-month contract, Associate Director, Medical Engagement Excellence - Cell Therapy, Haematology - Hybrid

My client, a leading innovator in the Biopharmaceutical industry, dedicated to improving people’s lives and health outcomes, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Associate Director, Medical Engagement Excellence, International Markets (Cell Therapy/Haematology) to join their Medical Excellence team for a 12-month initial contract.

Hybrid – 50 % Office, 50% remote


Your new role

As the Associate Director, Medical Engagement Excellence, you will support international markets in cell therapy, haematology. In this role, you will act as a strategic leader within the medical matrix organisation, bridging global medical strategies with effective field execution. You will play a key role in ensuring healthcare professionals are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to improve patient outcomes. This position requires collaboration across global and regional teams to drive medical engagement excellence.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to apply for the Associate Director, Medical Engagement Excellence contract, you must possess:
  • A Life Sciences degree
  • Prior experience in a Pharma or Biotech company
  • Experience and proven knowledge in Cell Therapy, Haematology, Oncology
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence effectively across a matrixed, multicultural organisation and manage Medical and Commercial activities
  • Proven track record in strategic thinking, ability to synthesise data and communicate effectively and demonstrate advanced presentation skills
  • Proven understanding of the medical environment and industry trends and their impact on the business
  • Demonstrated skills with tools and technologies used to communicate and train large medical audiences (Live & Remote)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10%
