Your new role
As an Associate in Contract Management, you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality legal support to global clients. You’ll work on a variety of complex commercial contracts, including software development, licencing, consulting, and general IP/IT agreements. Your responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, maintaining client systems, and contributing to the development of templates and playbooks. You’ll also act as a point of escalation for junior team members and play a key role in ensuring service excellence and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
- A law degree and/or legal qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally within a law firm, legal services provider, or in-house legal team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confidence in working independently and managing contract data across systems
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Experience in financial services, telecoms, or professional services is desirable but not essential
