Your new role
- Playing a pivotal role in providing expert advice on construction, renovation, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
- Collaborating closely with clients, you'll gain a deep understanding of their requirements and objectives, leveraging your strong technical knowledge and competence to lead and deliver on project requirements.
- Preparing detailed reports and recommendations based on findings from site inspections and assessments, managing projects from inception to completion with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, you'll facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

Utilising modern IT systems and software, you'll streamline processes and enhance efficiency, while demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills in addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years post charter (MRICS)
- The role would suit an established Associate wishing to move into more managerial activities, whilst still strong on project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge and competence.
- A logical and practical mind with good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills with the ability to analyse problems and identify solutions.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Dynamic and prepared to get involved with company processes, software and automation of company outputs.
What you'll get in return
- Salary from £70,000 + dependent on experience + package + benefits
- Flexible working up to 2 days per week
- 26 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
