Associate/ Senior Architect - Chichester

This company is an award-winning multidisciplinary construction consultancy established 50 years ago. They offer a wide range of services, including design, survey, and management of the built environment.

Their services cover various disciplines, such as architecture, building services engineering, building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, structural and civil engineering, town planning, and urban design. They are known for their innovative and high-quality design solutions, as well as their commitment to building enduring relationships with clients.

They are actively seeking an Architect / Senior Architect / Associate to join their Cladding Team in their Chichester office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled architect to work under supervision, supporting the pipeline of cladding projects and delivering on secured frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An understanding of cladding systems and/or strong technical knowledge
  • An understanding of the Building Safety Act and the Building Safety Regulator
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams on multiple projects across the UK
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Working knowledge of ACC
