Your new role

As a key member of the employment team, you’ll advise a diverse and dynamic client base – from disruptive start-ups to household-name corporates – on a broad range of employment law matters.

Your work will span:
  • Complex advisory and contentious issues.
  • Corporate support and outsourcing projects.
  • Tribunal advocacy and client training.
You’ll have the autonomy to lead cases, contribute to strategic decisions, and play a visible role in client development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering commercial, pragmatic advice on employment law challenges.
  • Leading Employment Tribunal cases with confidence and independence.
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and shaping the team’s growth.
  • Building trusted client relationships and spotting opportunities to add value.
  • Engaging in internal and external training initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Strong technical grounding in employment law.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to manage matters independently and supervise others.
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
  • A genuine interest in working with a forward-thinking, client-focused team.
