Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of a busy residential development. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring plots are built safely, to specification and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Managing site paperwork, H&S documentation, and weekly reporting
- Supporting customer care processes and handover preparation
- Upholding build programmes and identifying risks or delays
- Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations
- You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused build process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- CSCS Gold, Black, or White card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Experience with traditional built housing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Additional certificates (e.g., scaffolding awareness, fire marshal, temporary works) are advantageous.
