Assistant Site Manager - Residential in the East of Scotland

Your new role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on a busy residential development. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trades, ensuring health and safety compliance, monitoring build quality, and maintaining project timelines. You’ll play a key role in delivering homes to the highest standard while providing excellent customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a site-based role within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards
  • A valid CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent)
