Assistant Site Manager For Long Term Contract in Banchory

Your new role
As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trades, ensuring health and safety compliance, monitoring progress against programme, and maintaining quality standards throughout the build. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role within construction
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are highly desirable
