An Assistant Site Manager needed for a regional house builder in Essex.

The company I am currently working with is a Tier 1 leading regional house builder that specialises in new build residential housing. My client has a long-lasting pipeline coming up and is looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a high level of residential housing experience.

The desirable candidate will need a strong understanding of the construction industry and have excellent knowledge of residential housing. My client has specified that the role of Assistant Site Manager is just a title, and you will be required to look after the project from the start all the way through to completion. Therefore, I need a candidate that has good experience within the market and knows how to control a site.

The desirable candidate will have longevity on their CV and also have good experience working with a regional/national residential house builder.

My client is looking for someone to start asap and wants to get ahead by interviewing right away. The project in question runs until June 2025 with my client having ideas of taking someone on permanently but open to contract positions.
