Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Major Civil Projects - North West Based

A well-established and growing civil engineering contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a strong reputation for delivering infrastructure projects across the North West and nationally, the company is involved in high-profile frameworks including National Grid Transmission, Electricity North West, and United Utilities AMP 8 works.
Your new role
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of valuations and final accounts
- Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
- Supporting cost control and forecasting across multiple projects
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll ideally have experience in a civils or utilities environment, with a good understanding of NEC contracts. Whether you're an Assistant QS looking to step up or an experienced QS seeking a new challenge, this role offers excellent career progression and exposure to major infrastructure frameworks.
