Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

I’m looking for a motivated and detail-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You’ll need at least one year of experience working with a contractor, and ideally an HNC in Quantity Surveying or Construction (or working towards one). If you're ready to take the next step in your QS career and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, I’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting cost planning, valuations, and subcontractor management
  • Assisting with monthly cost reports and final accounts
  • Working closely with clients, site teams, and suppliers
  • Helping ensure compliance with contracts and company procedures
What I’m Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of QS experience with a contractor
  • HNC or similar qualification (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
