Your new role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Based in Belfast / Co. Tyrone, with limited UK travel, you will assist in managing programmes, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and the opportunity to develop into a more senior position.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or management within construction or fit-out sectors.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
