A leading and fast-growing accountancy practice is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Business Outsourcing Services team. This firm is known for delivering exceptional client service and providing a wide range of solutions including tax, advisory, and accountancy services.

Your new role

• Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality outsourcing services
• Provide advice and solutions to client accounting queries
• Lead client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Use internal and cloud accounting software to streamline processes
• Support and develop junior team members

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
• Experience in an accountancy practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge across statutory accounts, VAT, management accounts, and tax
• Proven ability to manage clients and lead teams
• Familiarity with cloud accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
