• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of yacht-related expenses and client accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (or actively studying).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Interest in the luxury/yachting sector is a plus.
