Assistant Management Accountant Location: London Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role: Assistant Management Accountant Location: London Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience) + study support Working Model: Hybrid – initially office-based, transitioning to 2 days per week in-office post-probation

Company Overview: A leading international organisation operating across multiple business lines including sales, project management, and client services. The company is known for its high standards of service and works with a prestigious global client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers through accurate invoice data entry
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Post and prepare monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Process payments and perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with high-net-worth clients and their representatives
  • Communicate directly with operational teams and stakeholders
  • Support team members with accounting queries and requirements
  • Produce ad hoc financial reports as needed
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a finance function
  • Part-qualified in AAT, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent (actively studying)
  • Experience with trial balance preparation, accruals, and prepayments
  • Familiarity with Sage X3 is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels
