Your new role
You will have extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and strategic HR initiatives. Deliver pragmatic advice, building strong relationships, and leading projects that enhance culture, wellbeing, and engagement. Have a hands-on, solutions-focused approach and committed to developing strategic HR capabilities while providing consistent and meaningful people support.
Duties will include:
- Advise on ER matters including probation, performance, absence, and policy interpretation.
- Manage ER cases and disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance.
- Promote wellbeing and engagement through initiatives and best practices.
- Partner across departments to resolve issues and improve employee experience.
- Analyse HR data and feedback to inform strategy and retention.
- Support L&D, recruitment, and performance management processes.
- Contribute to HR projects, forums, and internal communications.
- Ensuring compliance in policy development and implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Be a driver with your own car
- Have experience managing high volume Employee Relations cases
- Be CIPD L3 qualified (or equivalent)
