Your new role
Our client is seeking an assistant HRBP to join them to assist the HRBP on various duties. You'll be partnering with line managers and supervisors in the relevant contracts to resolve day-to-day issues, assist the HRBP on various HR change projects and assist in supporting formal grievances and disciplinary situations.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have worked in a fast-paced, busy environment and ideally within the construction industry, although this is not essential. You'll have a valid driving licence and access to your own car (mileage will be covered), as you will have a few locations around London to go to. You'll have experience of managing various ER cases and a solid foundation in all aspects of HR.
