What you'll need to succeed

• Proactive
  – able to take initiative and manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Assertive
  – confident in decision-making and communication with clients and partners.
• Empathetic
  – understanding the complex needs of vulnerable individuals and working to break the cycle of homelessness.
• Experienced in housing or support services.
