As an Assistant Housing Officer, you will play a key role in supporting housing compliance and customer service. A major part of your role will involve completing Fire Risk Assessment remedial action follow-ups and assisting with other tasks within the housing team. You will work flexibly across Birmingham, ensuring housing standards are met and residents receive excellent service. This role requires independence as well as teamwork, and you will need to manage your time effectively while covering city-wide responsibilities.
