Temporary Assistant Financial Accountant

Location: Milton Park, Didcot
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days working from home
Rate: £30K equivalent
Contract Length: 8–9 months

An established company in Milton Park is recruiting for an Assistant Financial Accountant to support their Group Finance team on a temporary basis.

The Role

• Financial processing and reporting: Preparation of sundry invoices, group cash reporting, month-end commission processes, and postings for group and external parties.

• Completion of reconciliations and postings for various group and external counterparties

• Ledger management: maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers.

• Fixed assets and purchasing: Set up and management of fixed assets and raising purchase orders as required.

• General finance support: Ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as required by management.
  
  Requirements

• Competent in Excel

• Experience of transactional finance and supporting month-end

• Preference for SAP experience
