• Supporting month‑end and year‑end processes
• Preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Overseeing transactional finance activities
• Supporting audit preparation and compliance requirements
• Providing guidance to junior finance staff
• Contributing to process improvements and strengthening financial controls

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with strong experience
• Solid background in management accounts and month‑end duties
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into a busy finance environment
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
