A leading FTSE-listed organisation is seeking an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join its high-profile Secretariat team. Working closely with the Deputy Company Secretary, you’ll help drive governance excellence and ensure smooth Secretariat operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will be CGI-qualified or bring equivalent experience, with a strong grasp of corporate governance and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment. You’ll be involved in everything from producing the Annual Report and managing the AGM process to handling regulatory announcements and supporting Board and Committee meetings. There will also be opportunities to advise on global subsidiary governance and contribute to the evolution of a centralised, forward-thinking Secretariat function.
