Great exposure and variety

This is a fantastic role supporting the Company Secretary in a very successful insurance company. Working in a small Secretariat has many advantages. You have lots of variety within the role and you will have clear visibility with senior stakeholders. You will observe how decisions and strategy are executed whilst, at the same time see how your work and knowledge will help the organisation achieve its goals.

Supporting the Company Secretary, this role will be looking after the management committees with the end to end board cycle. It will involve meeting preparation, agenda setting as well as maintaining forward agendas and annual calendars. You will look after statutory filings and stand in for the Company Secretary when they are on holiday etc.
This is an ideal opportunity for those candidates who ideally have worked in either insurance or regulated sectors and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Being CGI part or fully qualified is desirable but having a fantastic "can do" attitude will ultimately be the winner here.
