Operating within a dynamic and collaborative marketing function, the company champions innovation, high‑quality execution, and a joyful, creative approach to brand building. You will be based in the London office, working closely with cross‑functional teams including Design, Digital, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR, Procurement, and external agency partners.

Your new role
As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Head of Brand and the wider Brand team across two premium brands. You’ll help coordinate day‑to‑day brand delivery, manage asset workflows, and contribute to the smooth execution of campaigns across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and upkeep of the cross‑functional marketing activity calendar
  • Coordinating asset requests and project requirements from internal teams
  • Assisting with campaign planning, briefing creative teams, and reviewing copy and visual assets
  • Monitoring brand health, analysing consumer insights, and tracking competitor activity
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, ensuring brand assets are accessible and up to date
  • Coordinating product and gift‑set shoots, including logistics and agency liaison
  • Providing administrative and project support to Brand Managers
  • Attending and documenting key marketing meetings to ensure follow‑ups and actions are completed
This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and suited to someone who enjoys organisation, creative collaboration, and operational support within a premium brand environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience within premium, FMCG, or wine & spirits brands (preferred)
  • A strong understanding of brand identity and premium positioning
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally in a collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert insights into recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • A genuine interest in the drinks industry and evolving market trends
What you'll get in return
You’ll gain hands‑on experience within a high-performing marketing team, supporting two established premium brands and contributing to exciting campaigns and brand initiatives. This contract offers the opportunity to develop your brand management skills, build strong cross-functional relationships, and work in a creative, energetic London-based environment with exposure to exceptional products and best‑in‑class marketing execution.
