• Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
• HR Collaboration: Work closely with on-site and central HR teams to resolve payroll queries, communicate issues effectively, and manage over/under payments.
• Process Improvement: Assist the Finance Manager in enhancing and streamlining reporting processes and procedures.
• Variance Analysis: Deliver insightful variance analysis with clear commentary to help operational teams interpret financial results.

• Proactive and analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• A confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
• Experienced in financial reporting and analysis (manufacturing experience is a plus!)
