Your new role

As Assistant Accountant, you’ll support the finance team across a range of responsibilities including credit control, cashflow reporting, invoicing, and month-end processes. You’ll also assist with VAT compliance, maintain export evidence, and contribute to system improvements. This is a varied role with exposure to commercial projects, CRM development, and due diligence checks for new distributors.

What you'll need to succeed

• AAT Level 4 or equivalent experience.
• Strong IT skills, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external distributors.
• Knowledge of VAT, GDPR, and anti-money laundering regulations desirable.
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
