We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. This confidential vacancy is ideal for someone looking to develop their accounting career within a supportive and fast‑paced environment.

• Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
• Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT returns and other statutory submissions
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
• Providing general administrative and financial support to the wider team

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Studying towards AAT or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
