This role will see you joining a finance team in a stage of exciting transition; moving from an older system to an all-singing and dancing state-of-the-art ERP. The company is in the manufacturing industry; with multiple sites across Europe, this role will see you partnering with teams internationally, so any experience that you have of working with overseas colleagues should be mentioned on your CV.
Your new role will sit within a team covering essential financial operations and your duties will include the following:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger records
Perform high quality balance sheet reconciliations. - Month-End preparation and Reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting the month-end process; accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
- Supporting with Audit and Compliance
Strong competencies in those areas are essential!
You need to be highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and this role does require a fair degree of financial technical know-how and, as such, CIMA/ACCA would be advantageous.
