Your new role

• Leading the Policy Simplification Review, revising market-owned documents and supporting document owners in streamlining processes.
• Managing non-hierarchical document oversight, including risk assessment and repository control.
• Identifying potential risks and escalating them for further review.
• Maintaining accurate reports for control, tracking, and analysis, ensuring secure retention of documents.
• Supporting centralised authoring for inventory documents and executing updates to the Markets Policy Playbook and Training Governance Playbook.
• Driving governance improvements around operating manuals, guidelines, and role definitions.
• Exploring innovative solutions, including leveraging AI to simplify documentation and enhance efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in corporate governance, policy management, or risk analysis.
• Experience in legal, consulting, or program management roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex document inventories and implement governance frameworks.
• Interest or experience in AI-driven process improvement is a plus.
